- Items must be unused, unworn, and have all tags attached.
- Please initiate returns within 30 days of your purchase.
Exclusions:
- Personalized items are non-returnable unless there's an error on our part.
- Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Return:
- Log in to your account and go to "Order History."
- Follow the instructions to start the return process.
- If you checked out as a guest, email us at createvividvisions@gmail.com to start the return.
Return Shipping:
- You cover return shipping, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Process:
- We'll process refunds within 5 business days of receiving your return.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If you get a defective or wrong item, contact us at createvividvisions@gmail.com right away with details and photos.
Exchange Policy:
- We currently don't offer direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order for what you want.
